YAVASA operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and does not offer refunds on any subscription fees or payments made through the platform. All transactions are final and non-refundable. Users may cancel their subscription at any time directly through their Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges.
