Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Yavasa app. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users including hotel owners, managers, and staff.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yavasa mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users including hotel owners, managers, and staff.

2. Our Services

Yavasa provides a hotel management platform including:

  • Room booking and availability management
  • Guest check-in/check-out tracking
  • GST-compliant billing and PDF receipts
  • WhatsApp notifications to guests
  • Real-time dashboard and reporting
  • Secure cloud backup via Google Firebase

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account & Registration

You must register a hotel account to use Yavasa. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately at hello@yavasa.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Yavasa offers paid subscription plans. Please review the following billing terms carefully:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Yavasa reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days' advance notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Data & Privacy

Guest data you enter into Yavasa remains your responsibility. You agree to collect and store guest data in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, and not misuse guest information beyond hotel management purposes.

Yavasa stores all data securely on Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. You may request permanent deletion of your data by contacting us. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
  • Upload false or fraudulent guest information
  • Resell or sublicense access without written consent
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks within the Yavasa App are the exclusive property of 200OK Solutions and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yavasa and 200OK Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use, loss of data resulting from user error or device failure, or service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure events.

Our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Yavasa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
