2. How We Keep Your Data Secure

Encrypted in Transit

All data moving between your phone and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. No one can intercept it mid-way.

Secure Cloud Storage (Firebase)

Your data is stored on Google Firebase — one of the most trusted cloud platforms in the world, used by millions of businesses globally. We don't run our own servers where data can go missing or get damaged.

Automatic Cloud Backup

Your data is continuously backed up. If you lose your phone or switch devices, nothing is lost.

Biometric Authentication

Yavasa supports fingerprint and face unlock so only you can open the app on your device.

Booking Deletion Control

Not every staff member can delete bookings. Access is controlled so your records stay intact.

3. Who Can Access Your Data

• You — always, through your account
• Yavasa's team — only when needed to resolve a support issue, and only with minimal access
• No third parties — we do not sell, rent, or share your hotel's data with advertisers or outside companies

4. What Happens If There's a Breach

If we ever detect unauthorized access to your data:

• We will notify affected users promptly
• We will investigate and fix the issue immediately
• We will be transparent about what happened and what was affected
